Documents Required for Admission (Pre-KG to Class X)

Parents are requested to submit the following documents and Xerox copies at the time of admission. All documents must be self-attested and verified by the school office:

1. Child’s Aadhar Card – 1 copy

2. Parent’s Aadhar Cards (Father & Mother) – 1 copy each

3. Birth Certificate of the Child – 1 copy

4. OBC/Community Certificate – 1 copy (if applicable)

5. Student’s Bank Account Number – with account proof

6. Ration Card (APL/BPL) – 1 copy

7. Passport Size Photos of the Child – 2 copies

8. Passport Size Photo of Parents (each) – 1 copy

9. Blood Group Report of the Child – 1 copy

10. Transfer Certificate (TC) – 1 copy (for Class 1 & above)

11. UDISE Registration No. (Student’s PEN No.) – If available

AGE CRITERIA

At Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Mondal Public School, the age of the student is calculated as per their Date of Birth up to 31st July of the academic year. The following age criteria must be met for admission into respective classes:
